Therapist

Strength is identifying that you need help. Experiencing mental health challenges does not have to be a journey one takes alone. My goal as a therapist is to support those in need utilizing a safe space and holistic approach. I have a history of working with children, teens, adults, and seniors. My experience in the field is a variety. I work with victims of abuse, neglect, trafficking, domestic violence, suicidal ideation, grief, individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and many others.

Mental health does not discriminate. Anyone could face mental health challenges regardless of age, race, sexual orientation etc. The treatment methods I utilize are unique to every individual’s needs. The treatment approaches consist of but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

The commitment I made as a therapist enables me to help individuals achieve personal goals and well-balanced lives. I believe in person-centered and trauma-informed care in therapy. I utilize approaches fit to individual needs.
